Join Carrie Chiusano, Certified Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia Care Trainer, for this intensive and informative full-day seminar. This is the required training for those pursuing Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) designation with the National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners (NCCDP).

Registration will allow you to register for the full day Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia Care Seminar to be held Tuesday, March 26, 2024, and/or the SUMMIT to be held March 27-28, 2024.
