LEADER President

MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT

Thank you for visiting the LEADER website! I am excited to serve in this new role for LEADER. Healthcare is ever-changing and it is critical we change with it. As new generations of residents and caregivers emerge we must continue to educate all on culture change, resident driven and centered care while evolving through innovation and partnerships to simply provide our best care and love to the older adults who need and deserve meaningful quality days as they age. I invite you to join our efforts at LEADER in changing the way all see long term care and be a part of the solution by becoming involved in these efforts.

I am driven by personal passion to impact the lives of older adults in Louisiana through supporting and educating families, healthcare providers, and the greater community. I plan to use my experience in consulting, executive management, and public speaking to help assist senior living communities, providers, and families in providing quality and meaningful care for their clients and family members through LEADER.
