MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT
Thank you for visiting the LEADER website! I am excited to have served for two years now as the President of LEADER. Healthcare is ever-changing and it is critical we change with it. As new generations of residents and caregivers emerge, we must continue to educate all on culture change, resident driven and centered care while evolving through innovation and partnerships to simply provide our best care and love to the older adults who need and deserve meaningful quality days as they age. I invite you to join our efforts at LEADER in changing the way all see long term care and be a part of the solution by becoming involved in these efforts. We hope you will join us at our annual conference in the spring for fantastic speakers and education sessions. Our dementia education is top-notch, and classes have been booked up in advanced! You don’t want to miss it!
Our board members are experienced in consulting, executive management, and public speaking to help nursing homes, senior living communities, providers, and families in providing quality and meaningful care for their clients and family members. Feel free to reach out to us!
